Title of the invention:
Method for producing a lightweight additive-filled geopolymer insulation panel
Description:
The method for producing a lightweight additive-filled geopolymer insulation panel involves the dosage of lightweight additives, coating agents, and chemical activators, along with the utilization of recyclable power plant fly ash. In the process, the lightweight additive is coated, and through mixing and chemical activation (36), a silicon-aluminate geopolymer is formed. The coating (51) is carried out with a dosage of 65–95 volume percent of lightweight additives (65) alongside 1–10 volume percent of coating agent dosage (64). Subsequently, a 5–12 mass percent fly ash mixture (35) is conducted. Prior to fly ash dosage (66), mechanical activation (34) of the power plant fly ash is performed, and after the fly ash mixing (35), chemical activation (36) is conducted, followed by molding (43). The resulting geopolymer panel is then cured (39) and can be used as desired (41). The production of the lightweight additive-filled geopolymer insulation panel includes power plant fly ash activation (34) achieved through fly ash drying (31), classification (32), and intensive grinding (33). The power plant fly ash is reduced in particle size in a device with an energy density of 40–300 kW/m3 until reaching a specific surface area of 3000–5000 cm2/g (74).
