- Gleeble 3500:
- Maximum load: 100 kN
- Maximum heating rate: 10,000 °C/s
- Maximum cooling rate: 10,000 °C/s
- Maximum displacement: 100 mm
- Maximum displacement speed: 2,000 mm/s
- Possibility of process simulation based on relevant process parameters.
This equipment can be used to simulate the effects of the thermal cycle and the thermal effect zone in bulk welding and resistance welding technologies, allowing physical simulations and tests with relevant process parameters.
