Physical examination

The following equipment is used for the test “Internal pressure crack testing of structures (cylindrical and spherical symmetrical) – pipelines, pressure vessels”:

MTS/100:
- Pressure range: 0-100 bar
- Test volume: 0-3.5 m³
- Water test medium (internal)
- Temperature range: ambient and lower depending on test volume
MOL/700:
- Pressure range: 0-700 bar
- Test volume: 0-3.5 m³
- Water test medium (internal)
- Temperature range: ambient and lower depending on test volume

This equipment is used to test structures that are subjected to internal pressure, such as pipelines and pressure vessels. The test is carried out to check for cracks and leaks in pressurised structures, taking into account variations in ambient temperature and test volume.
