We have a high quality CNC milling machine that is capable of simultaneous five-axis machining. This machine is capable of machining complex workpieces efficiently and accurately. The machine has a working envelope of 400x400x480 mm, which allows it to handle relatively large parts.
A special 5-axis postprocessor is available for CAM programming of the machine. This postprocessor allows the programs to be created and optimised for the machine, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. The 5-axis capability allows complex shapes and geometries to be created that would traditionally be difficult to work out.
